Woke up early.  Was on the hill by 9.  Couldn't believe the lines. 
 
But we managed to steer clear of the crowds for most of the day.  Found fresh lines still.  I have struggling first thing in the morning.  Some places are still pretty deep and fluffy (sam was so stoked he kept giggling like a little school girl)...and some places has snow that just grabs you and throws you.
 
Highlights: spraying strangers with snow, finding DEEP untouched snow through front yards and trees, old Euro skier with jeans (he was so rad)
